Every output is a preliminary draft, to be reviewed and signed. Any professional fees mentioned are indicative market figures.

Your firm adds its own (internal notes, templates, past cases). All indexed with embeddings (OpenAI / Voyage) and searchable by the assistant.

TS Digital API (Italian e-invoicing), Fatture in Cloud, IMAP/SMTP for email, Cloudflare for hosting/CDN, Telegram for mobile alerts. Your data stays yours and can be exported.
We do not replace TeamSystem, Fatture in Cloud or Eutekne. We work with them. On top we add the production of the documents, which today is still done almost entirely by hand.
Tax software covers tax returns, bookkeeping and deadlines very well. What it does not do today is connect that data to the documents themselves (valuation reports, ESG, 231, business plans). BondVX Studio sits on the software you already use and adds that layer on top. Not a replacement: a complement.
Their general knowledge is good, but they have no context on your clients and no prompts built for Italian tax and company law. BondVX Studio uses prompts tuned to Art. 2424-2425 of the Civil Code, Legislative Decree 231, ESRS/CSRD and sections A-G of the 730 tax return, and connects to your firm's database: the assistant knows the deadlines, the invoices and the documents of YOUR clients.

Yes. We process the data only to produce the draft you asked for, on European infrastructure, with a dedicated DPA signed at activation. Once the draft is delivered, the working files are deleted according to the retention period we agree. GDPR-compliant for sensitive tax data.
A preliminary draft: complete in its content and carrying your firm's branding, but to be reviewed and signed by you. We do not take the place of the professional who heads the firm — liability and signature stay with you. We do the heavy lifting, you check it and deliver it.
No. We build on them. You keep using the software you have. BondVX Studio sits on top: it reads the certified email, prepares the documents, answers clients. Your existing software stays the authoritative source for client master data.
